Hieronder vind je een algemeen overzicht van veel van de (zelf)hypnose-, hypnotherapie- en transformatie-opleidingen, cursussen en trainingen die ik in de afgelopen 11 jaar heb gevolgd.
Tijdens dit leerproces heb ik elke training stap voor stap zorgvuldig gekozen, zodat ik direct kon werken aan mijn eigen problemen, situaties en uitdagingen die op dat moment actueel waren.
Dit betekent dat ik vrijwel elke techniek, elk proces en elke strategie die ik heb geleerd, eerst op mezelf heb getest voordat ik ze met anderen toepaste. Op deze manier ontdekte ik hoe en waarom deze technieken werken (of niet werken) en kon ik ze aanpassen, verfijnen of verbeteren om hun effectiviteit te optimaliseren.
Ik vind het ook erg belangrijk om te leren van verschillende professionele hypnotherapeuten en spirituele leraren, die elk hun eigen unieke ideeën en methodes hebben. Dit stelt me in staat om flexibel te blijven en niet vast te houden aan één beperkt idee over hypnose of de aard van de werkelijkheid.
